Urgent Care on Morris Park is the best!

Booking online is way better than walking in I didnt have to wait on line outside. The only downside is in asthma attack I wouldnt be able to use urgent care.

The staff is absolutely amazing, and I whole heartedly appreciate their dedication, especially during COVID. I was seen by Dr. Sharon Walcott. She was unprofessional in her demeanor and lacked any compassion for the anxiety someone feels while waiting for results of their COVID test.

I visited prohealth in little neck 3 weeks ago and the service was horrible. My visit today at Stuyvesant was so pleasant. I was able to make an appointment and the person who checked me in & the person who did my test were amazing. Hands down will choose this location for future visits.

Wait was 3 hours to get Covid tested. I arrived at 9AM (at your opening time) and still had to wait 3 hours, that’s insane. This urgent care would be perfect if the wait time wasn’t so long. Makes people not want to get tested.

I had an appointment for Covid Testing. I have to wait a little bit but everything went smoothly. The lady that did the test was marvelous. Very professional very nice and respectful.

Walk in for Covid test at 815 pm and was told no walk ins only appointment. Totally not the centers fault but in solvehealth website it’s states how many people are waiting and if you can walk in. False information. Fortunately for me I was able to see a doctor to get a Covid test and results in less then 20 mins ! Great experience just need updated information on solvehealth website

The front desk needs to be more attentive to patients. They were so engaged in private conversation that you had to wait a few minutes before getting attention after waiting in the cold. They also need to have a sign or let people know when they stop doing walk-in. Thank you Pamela
