Didn’t use on line booking, but staff friendly, room clean, wait time long due to covid testing

Went for a covid test so the wait was understandably longgggg! However, the staff was amazing! Especially under these circumstances and on New Years Day!!

Staff was great. They were very busy and the sign in situation could have been more clear. The wait was outrageous, 3 hours for a Rapid Covid test. Not sure why it took that long to get thru 18 patients. I would recommend it because the staff was friendly despite being very busy and being possibly exposed to people who test positive for the virus. I recommend it because it’s one of the few places accepting walk ins. But the wait time needs to be improved.

Best place to get care. Love that they do covid rapid tests. The staff is always very friendly. My insurance took care of it. Wait time was an hour past what I was told. Walk in appointment

This riverside urgent care is one of my favorites! The staff was amazing and so nice!! I would definitely recommend my friends to this urgent care

Great other than when I received an email with my test results and I went to the checkout counter (after I’d be there for 1.5h) and told them I was leaving, only to be told to “just wait for the doctor”…20 minutes after my results were in, the PA came in. Everyone was very nice except the girl at the checkout counter who also told me, “we don’t do that” when I said my results were available on the app.

Needed to get Covid tested because I wasn’t feeling well. From check-in to walk-out was only about 1/2 hour total! That’s excellent time for a walk-in!

I walked in for covid test. Seen promptly. Friendly staff.

It's a very nice place to go for covid testing without an appointment. The staff personnel were friendly and helpful. Wait time depends on how busy they are but overall a good place to go. It was recommended by a family member and I would recommend it to others as well.

Dr. Patterson was truly wonderful. She listened to my health concerns and provided the best medication for me. I received two phone calls from another doctor, as well as Dr. Patterson, to find out if the medication helped; which it did. Wayne, the nurse, was very helpful and very nice, as well as the other staff at the front desk. I would highly recommend Riverside. I had an unpleasant experience with Inspira Urgent Care prior to coming to Riverside.

Friendly staff .wait time was a little long but I understand the demand of the urgent care facilities. Great job everyone

I was there for the rapid COVID-19 test and it went so smooth, in and out within a half hour. Great experience!

Wait time was short this time, but it is an urgent care so to expect a short wait time wouldn't be very realistic. The staff has always been very friendly.

The facility is always nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional.The Associate that took my COVID-19 test. Was very professional and explained everything to me and exclusive details . I was very nervous. At the end of our conversation I felt very comfortable. I’ll be back for retesting on Wednesday. I don’t have to wait long . Thanks for everything you do for our beautiful community!

I had been very sick for days with a sinus infection bad cough etc. and I needed some help. The doctor that treated me was right on with what she prescribed. It was certainly worth the wait although it was very uncomfortable being sick and waiting for 2 1/2 hours

This is my favorite place to come and get my Covid test done. There are always smiles on their faces, we at Glory Tabernacle Pray for our essential workers and their families. We don't know your names but we Appreciate all that you all do 🙏🏾💙🙏🏾 The wait time was not bad considering the pandemic ☺

I went in there with a bad headache I couldn’t breather and they were about to close they still took me to the back and tested me and I came back positive

Riverside Urgent Care was FANTASTIC !

I was very happy with my care at Riverside Urgent Care. Only waited about 5-10 minutes on a Saturday night. Very much liked the physician and her assistant. I’d come here again.
