I have gone to indigo urgent cares for years now for myself and my kids. Tonight I had the best experience at the Argonne location. The staff was the most friendly and it made the visit so pleasant. Also a specific gal at the front named Kailee was incredible! They weren't doing any more rapid covid tests for the night and she went above and beyond to squeeze mine in and even was willing to stay a few mins late to process it. I couldn't have been more grateful for her. Her kindness was fantastic and ment so much with the crazy week I've had.

I walked in with my 8 month old and we didn’t even have a chance to sit before we were taken into the back. We were seen quickly by the provider as well. We had a great experience with both the MA and the PA - they were both extremely friendly and gentle with my little guy. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care.

It was great as usual. The doctor remembered me from last time. That was nice. She ran an extra test because I was concerned about Covid and flu. She treated me like a person, not just a body. The other people were equally good. I like this place! My wait was short enough that I didn’t even have time to sit down.

This was the first time I have been there. I took my ex-husband to get a covid test as the care facility would not test him as he didn't have the right kind of insurance. However, he is already a part of the multi-care system so all of his medical information was on file. The staff and Dr. were awesome. Jim was really pleased with the service.

The nurse was so friendly and extremely helpful. I had been trying to getting a covid test and had spent hours the night before online trying to find a rapid test and it was a nightmare navigating also the online sites. I told her how worried I was because I took care of an elderly lady and had family with serious health problems. I had to have an answer quickly. She really listened to me. And she talked to the provider. The provider was also very nice and listened to me. They did the test and got it thru quickly. The nurse also explained how to setup a my account to receive test rusults in. I checked last night and the results were already there and I was negative for covid. I am so grateful for the kindness and concern I was shown. Thank you so much.

As a walk in for a non contagious issue. I received great service by all staff from front counter receptionist, nurse, tests, the Dr. after lab work. I was out the door, with the proper prescription sent to my pharmacy. Just after a day in a half, I’m feeling well. I will though take the full prescription.

MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, CDA - 2836 N Ramsey Rd

Went in for a sinus infection. Front staff and Dr. were great. However, once I got in the room and vitals taken, I waited almost an hour for the Dr to do the exam. Afterwards, they forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy, so had to waste more time and an extra trip to the pharmacy waiting for that to get filled. Liked the office staff and the Dr was great, but not a great experience at all. Will most likely not be returning

MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care, Argonne - 2713 N Argonne Rd

I am still waiting to hear back from Jacob Price, PA-C. During my visit, he said that he could prescribe a stronger cough medicine for me and that I would just need to contact Indigo Argonne to make that happen. I did, but they said they would have to talk with Jacob before that could be done (which I asked them to do). That was on 5/7, and I continue to suffer with coughing that is affecting my sleep.
