Dr. Schulte was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this Urgent Care. My only disappointment was the 30-40 minute wait in the examination room.

Amazing staff at concord urgent care! Front desk nurse was super friendly and put me in a room asap due to an eye injury. All nurses and doctor (Higgins) were so nice and professional! Don’t see that anymore unfortunately. Made my painful experience so much better!! Thank you!

My first time at this UH urgent care. Staff very friendly and efficient. Wait time was near zero. Dr. Bowers was great and spent the right amount of time with diagnosis and treatment. Answered all my questions clearly and provided follow up advice.

The staff is always friendly. I know I will get better care at UH Urgent care vs CVS. The cost might be a bit more but not enough to change my preference. It’s easy to be seen and doesn’t require an appointment like the CLE Clinic Urgent care.

I was so afraid to go to a Urgent Care due to the stories you hear … wait time, thoroughness, efficiencies, friendliness … but this visit surpassed all my fears. Everyone was pleasant, informative, efficient and helpful!!! Thank you UH Urgent Care for taking such good care of me this afternoon! YOUR DOING A GREAT JOB!

I called my doctors office because I thought I may have scabies. They said they had no openings and told me to go to the urgent care center down the hall. The doctor there said she wasn’t sure if it was scabies and told me I should go to a dermatologist. She did not recommend one.The last time I required a derm appointment it took SIX MONTHS To get in. This seems to me to be just passing the buck. She called in a prescription for me, but when I went to pick it up it wasn’t written correctly so they couldn’t give it to me.They were waiting for her respond to their call. What a waste of time.

I didn't have much of a wait time. The only problem I did have was I asked them because they already swap her to run an RSV FLU and Covid. All they did was a Covid test.

I am a Cleveland clinic patient with a primary dr who would not schedule me for an immediate appointment nor could I get an appointment at Cleveland clinic express care with an md. I was relived to be examined by a medical dr with a wonderful bedside manner and determined immediately my issue with kindness. Staff was very considerate and helpful including the nurse and the assistant at the desk. I witnessed her taking on nonstop patients entering the facility. She handled all with professionalism and kindness. Would highly recommend this urgent care facility

Today was very busy in the urgent care but the staff was very pleasant and patient, even asking how the patients waiting to be seen if they were ok. I think the staff did excellent for the amount of people that were seen.

This was my first experience with Twinsburg University Hospitals Urgent care. The staff was hands down the best ever. From check in to my attending nurse then to Sonny my physician, it was perfect! I was hesitant at first to go but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for all you do and providing such excellent care!

I went to Minoff Urgent Cate in Beachwood. The staff was excellent and the facility was clean. Even at 8:00 PM, everyone there was pleasant and professional. While I gave the wait time a 3 rating, I want to make it clear that it was NOT the staff's fault. It's an urgent care and there will be a wait.

I came into the Urgent Care with a high fever and symptoms of a UTI. The staff tool me quickly, addressed my symptoms with an IV and when I had a vaso-vagal response, reacted quickly to make me more comfortable and cool me off with ice packs, as well as putting me in a prone position to keep my BP more stable. They ensured that I had a friend to drive me home and also followed up with me quickly regarding COVID and culture results.

Lauren went above and beyond! I called ahead and was told by a nurse that I could get the DTap vaccine for my son who was being seen for a foot injury from a rusty old mail. When I got there I was told we couldn’t be given the vaccine. We pay out of pocket so I was upset, the only reason we came was for that. The staff was nice and cleaned his foot, like I did. We got hot and I had a message from Lauren that she had called a pharmacist as well as our pediatrician to make sure that the vaccine they had their could in fact be given to my son. She told me we could come back and he could be given vaccine and it would be covered under the same visit. (We are basically self pay) I was thankful she did her job and did it well. Thank you Lauren.

UH Concord Urgent care is great for this community. Very knowledgeable staff and Dr. Bowers was able to get me treated and out very quickly, but definitely did not feel like i was rushed through! Great bedside manor.

The wait time was unreal, they obviously need more help thru out, short staffed. My nurse Julie was very compassionate and professional. She listened close and Documented info i wanted conveyed to Dr. The physician Dr Dawson was very thorough and explained the process, to get taken care of. The team work was great. My XRay by Amy was quick and she was clear and concise in how to have me position.
