I had an issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was very happy to get an appt right away when they opened. Staff was professional and very nice. Clean, quiet environment.

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

As always, it's Indigo to the rescue! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff is always wonderful, kind and respectful. Indigo is my go-to for medical care. Thank you!

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. It was quick and easy to get my son into the urgent care, even though online it said they took walk ins, so I was able to make a same day appointment. Once there we were seen right away. We did have to get xrays and waited a long time to get results, but instead of answering any questions, staff did try to send us home with no answers or results. I had to persist for results and for some solutions to our incident.

I returned to UC last Saturday, for a follow-up visit to remove my infected toenail. On my first visit, the previous Saturday, KC Pearce had given me antibiotics to bring the infection down before nail removal. KC and staff were FANTASTIC! They were all very professional, courteous, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care (University Place, WA), for any health concern you may have.

Went in for back injury with severe pain and over all feeling not well left in the same fashion was given muscle relaxers for pain as I explained that it wouldn't help still have tremendous pain so I feel as if it where just a waist of time still can't sleep and the pain is still intolerable only to have to wait a whole month just to be seen by specialist all the while suffering tremendously in pain the whole reason for my visit really didn't help at all
