Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The medical care was excellent and the facility was very clean. Highly recommended.

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

Scheduling was quick and easy! Once I got there, I was checked in and seen within 5/10 minutes. The staff and physician were super nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend NextCare to anyone.

Had/have something in my left eye. Felt great when he numbed it but a half hour later it’s back, unfortunately!

Everything about this urgent care was top notch. Walked in at 4 yesterday, with ear congestion, not an emergency situation, they explained the wait time and option to book an appointment the following day,so I chose 9am following day. Got there early this morning, they took Me in exam room took care of me, they were kind and knew what they were doing. Would definitely recommend this facility for care.

Everything was great and the team was very caring.

Had to have a recheck of an earache ache.  Was told no infection and it is fluid !  Vanya Roberts was awesome and took her time to explain everything.  Glad I had it rechecked, no more antibiotics

Everything went well and everyone was so kind. I did have to call later in the day to ask a question about pyridium and to see if I could get a script because I was concerned the Azo was not Interstitial Cystitis friendly and the ones I had at home were expired. The receptionist said she would get back to me after consulting the Dr. I didn't receive a phone call. That won't keep me from going there again if I need to.

My 6 year old autistic son has pink eye and I came to see about getting him antibiotics.. let the dr know what had happened the days before, fever, goofy eyes, that his eye was extremely red day before but still had goopy eye so I was concerned for it spreading and also let her know my 3 year old also had serious pink eye symptoms, gooopy eyes and bloodshot red all over about 3-5 days before…. she almost wouldn’t let me speak, rushed me and looked quickly at him all the while seeming irritated at him for his autism characteristics… and said “ no, he doesn’t have pink eye. He has a stye” mind you, he has no bump, or pimple like form on or near his eye(s) whatsoever.. not only that, but this morning his other eye is completely bloodshot and red and goopy too. She was just rude and I don’t believe she was interested in making us feel heard or like as if she had no patience for his special needs nor the fact of him being a hyper child whatsoever. I’ve almost never experienced a more disconnected dr at an urgent care before.

Visiting from out of state and had trouble breathing and a cough. I got in right in. Staff was friendly and compassionate.

Went in the office and they took me right away. I got into the examining room and Kristen came in right away. She is so nice and takes the time to listen to my concerns and gave me the prescriptions I needed to feel better. I have seen her two different times and she has been so caring and understanding both times that I saw her. I will definitely be going back if I need too. 😊

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
