While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

So impressed by PA Suzanne’s professionalism and clinical knowledge at yesterday’s visit. I’ll return for future urgent medical needs!

People and cleanliness were excellent. Not thrilled that after days suffering with "something viral", that was my diagnosis, but it's great to know it's not COVID or strep and she recommended OTC meds for assistance.

I had frostbite on my finger from 30 years ago every so often it opens up and bleeds. I put a bandage on it and the bandages kept slipping off so I put tape around it and I put it too tight bandage every two days but it wasn’t getting any better, so I came to urgent care and they took care of it. Great job.

I have a 95 dollar co pay for urgent care .  Paid that , doctor said my kid probably didn’t have an ear infection come back if it gets worse. 5 minute visit .  Got an extra 35 dollar bill in the mail. Couldn’t get a straight answer from the billing department .  My EOB shows that I have a 95 dollar copay for an urgent care visit and shouldn’t be subject to the deductible . I will for sure not use this urgent care again .

It was awesome very nice and clean, staff was friendly.

This urgent care is the best.  They make you feel welcome. They listen to your concerns. They are very kind and caring and they take such good care of you. I won’t go to any other urgent care any longer. I have had some of them be so rude and that’s very hard when you’re sick enough to go to an urgent care.

Woke up with a very sore throat this morning & I was able to be seen quickly after walking in. I was given a prescription to help me feel better. I have always received helpful, considerate care at NextCare!

First time in and the service was perfection!!! The check in counter woman was lovely, the nurse was lovely, and the doctor was lovely… Not that anyone wants to come back because that means there’s a problem but if I need Urgent Care assistance again then I will be back. Hands down best Urgent Care visit I have ever had…. In and out with medications that improved my situation in under an hour!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I’ve been to both, Scottdale and now Phoenix. Both do a great job of addressing any physical issues I’ve had. Highly recommended!!

The best experience I have ever had at any urgent care! Everyone was so friendly, we made an appointment, did not wait for even 5 minutes. We were in and out in a half an hour and everyone was so kind! HIGHLY recommend!

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
