I made my appt 30 minutes before I went, no wait time, everyone was friendly and efficient. It was the easiest urgent care experience I've ever had.

This is my first experience with Lani City urgent care. I had a phone appointment. The doctor was very kind and very concerned. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which is rare nowadays. The staff is very professional and courteous as well. Overall I was very pleased with the care I received. I will recommend Lani City to everyone I know.

I just went with the impression that if you made an appointment you and it said “you’re next in line” you were really next. That was not the case but now I know for next time is just makes the check in process easier not your wait time shorter. Aside from that great bedside manner the PA who helped my daughter today was awesome. The person taking vital signs gave up rather fast when my daughter started moving around, which is scary because O2 saturation for any patient sick should be vital. But not a bad experience overall .

It was a very convenient way to receive care from a kind team. It was a prompt and courteous experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
