I had went to Citymed first and did not like the care I got. The doctor there was rude so when I came to Optum it was a pleasure. The doctor was very nice and explained everything. I would definitely come back if I need care.

My son had soreness in his left. Live close to the Urgent Care so I went online to schedule an appt. The check in online was easy and smooth. When we got to the office we were greeted in the lobby. Waited maybe 5 min. Saw the doctor. She was great. He was diagnosed with an ear infection. I can’t say enough how pleased I was with the visit. I will definitely be coming again if needed. Thank you.

The location was perfect, the facility was clean. All my questions were answered, and everyone was polite and helpful to would return and definitely recommend to my friends.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Went to bed with a slight toothache and woke up with a swollen face. Was able to schedule an appointment online for first thing in the morning. When I got there the staff was very nice, I was seen within 20 min. The Dr. was very nice, I was done within a half hour. My script was sent over to my pharmacy. I would definitely go again and recommend. Nice experience.

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I wasn't feeling well so I booked an appt online and was in and out very fast. I ended up having strep picked up my meds and on my way to feeling so much better. Great staff and easy location.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I have gone to Optum several times, and every visit has been easy and everyone is always friendly and professional. I feel that they listen and have always given me a good diagnosis that resolves the problem.
