Ryan customer service and professional manner is what that place needs in the future. He brings life to a place, where people who come to be seen for illness a comfortable place. The wait time is to long in this day and age of life, but overall I enjoyed my visit.

I was seen just a few hours after I reached out for an appointment. The staff was able to perform all the tests right on site and gave me an answer and prescription within just a couple hours. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!
