Was a very pleasant experience for a Monday morning!  Impressed!

Took my son for an eye infection. The whole process was convenient from scheduling the appointment same date to being treated. Was in and out in less than an hour. friendly staff and facility was clean.  For sure will keep in mind for future visits.

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

The PA was very helpful and explained her treatment plan in detail—and was also willing to adapt it when I explained that I was already on antibiotics. She also suggested a non-emergency doc to see and helped me make an appointment. Cery helpful, very professional.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

Felt terrible in the morning but went to work anyway, found this clinic about 5 minutes away. Was able to book an appointment right away same day. Facility is new, clean, staff nice. Got in and out in about 30 minutes with a script waiting for me later that day. Would highly recommend this clinic.

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Woke up this morning feeling sick as all out doors had to call out of work I made my appointment to get a iv infusion the service was great I will be back !!!!

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! I was able to schedule an appointment with ease online. I was in and out within 30 mins of my appointment time. Dr. Johnston and the staff were friendly and very professional. My medication was ready at the pharmacy as soon as I left.
