Upon visiting the office (non-emergency it could wait item) I was told to schedule an appointment online, which I did. Arriving for the appointment I still waited about 30 minutes. The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results.
