I am an NP myself and quite honestly was taken back by the demeanor of the NP that served us, she was rude from the moment she walked in. Furthermore, when performing a physical for sports you do not simply ask questions. There are several tests you should perform to ensure the validity of the health of the child, no tests were done. No walk across the room, no bend over, no balancing, no manipulation of joints….nothing. To top things off no one told us we would likely not get the physical back that day (although we did thankfully about 2.5 hours later) due to no MD in house. Overall I would not recommend.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. Check in was quick and easy. All the staff members I interacted with at Quality Urgent Care & Wellness in Pensacola, FL were very nice. And. The best part is that they all appeared to get along with one another. The Front Office Clerk, the Medical Assistant and the doctor were All efficient and effective in their jobs. This is one of the best run office's I've been to in the Pensacola area. I would recommend this provider and office staff to anyone who has a need to seek out an Urgent Care center

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
