I was a walk-in patient and got right in. Processing was quick. The rooms are clean, the front office filled with sunlight, very inviting. The care was complete and all of my concerns were heard. The PA, Ann Marie, was very good, I will go back again.

I got covid for the first time. Office staff, manager and N.P. were all so Profesional and polite. You won't be disappointed with NextCare

Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I highly recommend this facility.  They are  professional and the wait is usually very reasonable. Staff is always helpful and friendly. It is comforting to know they are close and dependable.

The doctor and the staff were professional and warm and friendly.   The service was excellent.

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

I recently had a disappointing experience at Next Care Urgent Care that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, the check-in process was marred by the attitude of the front office staff. Their rudeness was palpable and made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, their dismissive behavior left us feeling unwelcome and frustrated. It's unfortunate that the first point of contact at the facility was so negative, overshadowing the rest of our visit. I hope management addresses this issue, as customer service is crucial in a healthcare setting.

I have a head cold with an allergic Stye/Cold  in my eye That seemed to be getting worse. The PA looked in my infected eye and then to pursue look in my healthy left eye with the same glove on that she looked into my other infected eye. I backed away telling her “ Oh Don’t use the same finger you  used to look in my infected eye into my healthy eye. I was truly bothered by this non professionalism No both eyes have some infection. Not good practice. Pa Sarah Bryan was the PA at the time

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

Was able to see me ASAP after walking into the clinic. Friendly staff. This is my 2nd visit to AFC.
