I came in for a covid test. The instructions on the sign out front were clear. I received a phone call within a few minutes of completing my online paperwork and was seen by a health care worker a few minutes after they called. Very expedient and the staff were friendly.

I walked in 1 hour before closing and they took me right away after filling out forms on line in my car. I had a sinus infection and knew I needed antibiotics. I was in and out in less than an hour and everyone was very friendly. They seem to have an efficient process in place.

I have never been to this urgent care before. I was very pleased with how smoothly it went. I did all the paperwork on line. The nurse called while I was in my car asked a few questions, then I went in. Very friendly staff and clean. I would highly recommend this urgent care!!

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.
