We walked in expecting to be turned away since it was 6:45pm. Our son was having bad pain in his right side. . They got us right in. Did vitals and tests. Turns out he had UTI. Thank goodness it wasn't anything worse. Thank you to the staff. They were extremely helpful! 🙂💙

We went in for Covid testing only and we had to wait two hours before a doctor could do the test. If you are a testing center you should be able to test in a faster manner and not necessarily have the doctor spend his time doing the tests.

My experience at the urgent care was really good. The only thing that was upsetting was that my medication was sent to my pharmacy. I went back the next day and the receptionist stated that I would have to get seen again since the provider that saw me yesterday was not in.

Every person there was awesome and cheery, I don't know the name of the woman who drew my blood but she was absolutely wonderful! I hope this reaches her! The check in was easy and convenient, the people who had issues with understanding check in were helped with the friendliest staff.

My wife and I were in from out of town and needed a COVID test unexpectedly. We were able get in without an appointment or dr. Script after spending two to three hours trying to navigate through many websites and dead ends. The care and service we received was exceptional.

Sat in the waiting room for almost 90 minutes. Lost my script. It’s now 1:46 am. I’m in so much pain. Fucking tramadol!!!!! Are you kidding me! That’s the WORSE garbage you can give someone. Dirtiest drug on the market. Ortiz is a racist P O S. Never ever going back. What a shit show.
