The way you have to check in is absolute BS. When we arrived we were second in line by the time the information was sent to me to fill out we ended up 5th in line with a kid who was in a lot of pain. You’re check in system needs to be fixed.

I came in with a sinus infection. It was the last hour till they close . The front office lady was very professional and the NP or lady Dr that treated was very caring and understanding. She apologized for the wait time and quickly diagnosed my medical issues . She ordered me 2 injections for my sinus infection and ordered 1 prescription for me . They female nurse that gave me my 2 injections was very polite and professional. I didn’t get all 3 of the lady’s names but thank you’ll for staying late (9:51 pm) for me and caring to see me getting treated . God Bless you 3 and thank you for your service..

The PA was absolutely the rudest I have ever experienced . She pretty much was just told me that I am going to kill somebody because I don’t have the Covid vaccine . whether I get the Covid vaccine or not is none of her damn business. And yes I did test negative for Covid.

From the moment I walked in to when I walked out, this facility treated me with first class service! I highly recommend coming here for your urgent care needs. 5 stars!!

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND VERY BENEFICIAL. I WAS FEELING BETTER AN HOUR LATER AND CONTINUED TO TO GET STRONGER! I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE DUE TO NO ONE AT THE WORK PLACE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND ACTED AS IF THEY REALLY CARED. WAIT TIME WAS GREAT CONSIDERING I WAS A WALK-IN!

The wait was longer than expected but I didn’t feel good and wanted to hurry and get in and out. I know they have to use protocol and waiting is part of it . Overall I’m glad I’m negative which I knew I only had sinus/ allergy infection. Got medication and I should be ok

Rose was very awesome and when giving the covid test she was very gentle. I have had covid tests before and it wasn’t a good experience. I thank God that Rose was the one to administer the test. Thank you Rose!

Everything was good beside when I walk into the room the paper on the bed was still in from the last person u can see where they sat on it
