The check in lady kept telling everyone wait time was 3-4hours when it only took 1 hour to take me in. Seemed like she was in a rush and wanted to close to leave. The nurse that took me out didn’t even tell me my test results til I asked she just said your discharge paperwork should say it.

Super nice and attractive nurse took my vitals etc. Dr came in and was also very well spoken and polite. Best urgent care place I’ve been too

I was kinda confused, I was hoping to be able to get some medication for my symptoms. I understand the protocol but my wife just an hour earlier was able to go to a different Urgent care and also tested positive for Covid and they gave her medication. That is my only issue

I needed a rapid Covid test because I was worried that I might have Covid. Everything went smooth Dr. Burress was very friendly it was very gentle had a good bedside manner.

The wait was excessive for having an appointment (covid PCD test)

Made an appointment. Was issued in right on time and treated very friendly. Testing and all results were very profesional and explained thoroughly..Thank You Again for being there for us.

Care was good. It didn't bother me, but the others waiting didn't seem to appreciate the doors were not opened on time. Myself, I figured ya'll have been worked hard due to the massive rise in COVID cases in the local area, so it didn't bother me. Only other thing I wished was if there was a way to log in to get my test results, I haven't found a link yet. My personal wait time once I came in was not long. Thank ya'll for all your work.

First time visit. Had to get a Covid test to return back to work. Staff was was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again. Wait time was perfect

The staff is wonderful. The receptionist is so professional. The doctor is beyond wonderful. My children have extra special ptsd and adhd and the doctor is so patient. I wish he was our pedi doctor! He calmed our kids down with his quiet calm voice. So patient. Yes I would recommend this clinic. 100 percent.

Doctor really took the time to listen. I had been sick for over a week from a form of RSV that I got from grandson. I provide him with the details and he did a rapid Covid test which I asked for to be certain it wasn’t anything else besides the virus. He gave me steroid shot and other meds to help get me on the road to recovery and provide comfort during the process. They were fast. I was done in 1 hour. Stagf was very friendly as well.

I’ve been twice to this urgent care clinic and Joseph Carter, FNP, is the absolute best. He always makes me feel at ease with his bedside manner and gives the best care possible with his experienced knowledge in the medical field.
