Front desk and medical staff were extremely nice and helpful even near closing. Appreciated the kindness. Checked in at 6:50 pm left with test results around 8:40 pm. Wait time was long but only one doctor on site.

The new guy did great, wait was short, receptionist was funny. Everyone seemed more concerned about the covid/strep test than what I was actually feeling. I know everyone is overworked with not enough help. I just wish a few more looks would have been taken. I am still getting worse with no relief.

Although the wait time was long, the staff was supremely helpful, and kind. They were doing their best given the volume of walk ins they were dealing with. I appreciate all the staff I interacted with was trying to help speed up the time it was taking to have my covid testing done. All the women working today (November 12 at the ambassador location) are an asset to the NextCare team. Thank you!

I must tell you that Megan was extraordinary. The nurse that initially saw me, also very uplifting. We have family friends living living in Jamaica and a young dad lost his life last week because, even though he was able to be hospitalized, he could not get the ICU bed that he needed. I am so grateful for my urgent care on church road and and for having resources that we so often take for granted. God bless and don't forget special accolades to Megan...front desk. Julia

Called my primary doctor and appointments we’re unavailable. He told me to go to Urgent care or ER. Came to urgent care, checked in, filled out paperwork. Nurse taking vitals and info about the reason for my visit was very thorough and helpful!! Doctor came in assessing the situation and provided a diagnosis. She was very caring and knowledgeable!!!!

My husband had got a sap poison in his eyes. They were burning really bad and watering and very bood shot. He also could not see very well. We went to urgent care and told them what happened. While we were checking in the doctor came out to see my husband. We went quicklyto a room and was seen. She checked out his eyes and put some deadening drops in them. What a relief!! However temporary. The doctor was GREAT!! Great bedside manner and care!!

The slot time, not appointment time, along with internet paperwork and phone check-in, is a great idea. I waited a little more than an hour in my car in the parking lot, after checking in. I was called back to the room as soon as I was texted to come in. The dr saw me within 10 minutes and then I was out the door. All in all, pleasant experience and the dr gave me the needed RX for a sinus infection.

Overall, a horrible time. I got in at a decent time and didn’t see the doctor until 2 hours after being in the room. The nurse and doctor both rolled their eyes and had looks of confusion like I was speaking a foreign language, when I told them my symptom with what I was experiencing. It took the doctor over 45 minutes to give me my papers. The front desk lady, however, was amazing and very nice. I was in the urgent care for over 3 hours.

Everyone was amazing and caring. The day before on Tuesday 23rd we had an appointment at 2:30pm and were not seen because we had a ceremony and had to leave by 4:00pm. When we went to leave and reschedule for the next day, I was rudely spoken to by Annie Gorham. She said she would get to us in order and that we had to wait and would be seen. I was trying to explain that we could not stay any longer and needed to reschedule and she proceeded to go off on me about x-rays that she had to put in and other patients needs and how many other patients there were in the rooms. I have no idea why she unloaded all that on us but I was for sure not going to have her be in charge of my son’s care. As for the next day, Wednesday the 24th at 8:30am appointment, everyone in the office couldn’t have been better. The care we received the following day met expectations and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the staff on Wednesday. Great job!
