The PA, nurse and office staff were super sweet and friendly after a horrible holiday season with wait times at 5hours. We were very thankful for the waitlist virtual app that allowed me to keep both kids at home in bed while waiting as opposed to waiting in a wait room with other sick people. I had to do a walk-in since all appointment slots had been taken up by the surge of COVID testing. I pretty much had to wait the entire day until I could be seen. I could check where I was in line virtual with the Solv app. I was able to wait at home and they text me when there were only a few patients ahead of me. The staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They even helped me figure out my insurance issue. The PA and nurse who attended me were great and explained what was going on with me and what steps to take in order eliviate the prognosis.
