This was my first visit. I was anxious to know I didn't have Covid because I'm a care giver in a 10-story senior high rise. The staff members were friendly, kind, & efficient. I had my results before I left to go to my morning client. I would recommend this Clinic. It is also in our neighborhood. Appointment booked over the phone as soon as I heard I had been exposed, & my afternoon client was very sick & tested positive. Everyone was kind, even though I'm hard of hearing.

When PA came into the room she was rude and unpleasant throughout the examination. I had to ask her what was the results of my flu test and wasn't helpful in trying to resolve my illness. This is my first poor experience at nextcare and not sure if I will be back.

My son started complaining of an ear ache on a Friday night after our local doctors office had closed. I was easily able to get on and schedule an appointment for him. We didn’t wait any longer than you would at a typical doctors office. We were in and out with medication sent to our local pharmacy! We will definitely be back if it come to that again.
