I got in line an hour and a half before it opened to make sure I was able to get seen. Because of all the Covid testing, the wait is extremely long. I appreciate the staff that was there to allow me to get seen…found out they were short staffed They are very friendly, helpful, and quick once I was in the clinic room.

Very helpful staff despite the hysteria for COVID tests for school and work.

Wait time only gets four stars because of the large number of Covid related testing and flu season. That four star rating is only for today’s experience and is what would be the case at any location in mid December ***. HOWEVER, this is a great location and Ms. Zuck andAshley and Paula are really great! So is the other lady, whose name I have forgotten and who is married to the male nurse. This branch and the services it provides to our community at our end of Stafford County, VA is a huge positive. Never had a bad experience in all these years. I recommend this location all of the time. It is perfect for the many needs that we have, such as shots, sports physicals, even Covid testing. So, thank you for having located the office off of White Oak road! Good quality all of the way around. Thank you for serving our community.

Front desk ladies are excellent and friendly. Jesus who did the test etc was outstanding !!! Well done everyone

I’m super glad that I made my appointment online the day before. Provider’s bedside manner was great. He kept us smiling or laughing the entire time. Check out process was easy. It was just a LONG wait. It took 2 hours from the time we checked-in online until we walked out…& that was with an appointment booked. Other than wait time, everything was fabulous! I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

Overall good. Staff was nice. Left a little long to wait after test without knowing how long it would be roughly, but doc was good. Took way too long for my discharge paperwork to come out, like 10 min waited and then I left without it.

This was the worst trip to this.location in 10 years. I had an appointment at 2:30 for a school physical. Got there an checked in at 2:15. There were two walk INS and one other appointment person listed. Took forever to complete Dr potion of appointment, then we were ready to leave, and we could not get paperwork for physical because the Dr did not check is out in the back. I as I waited for about 15 minutes, the Dr was seen going in and out of two other appointment...I asked multiple times for the front desk person to check in why we were not checked out... She was snippy about nothing she could do until Dr checked us out. I said can you just bill me and we will go. She said we.could go and she could bill, but we could not have the school physical paperwork. I told her she should have checked on why I was not checked out after the last person's left, before the Dr went into the next patient. I then said it.mau be possible that their procedures need to be looked at. The front desk person snipped, ' do you want this to be your last visit over the last 10years' as she walked to the back.... When she returned, she was able to finalize me getting checked out. For having an appointment, and it not being busy, it should not have taken an hour and 15 minutes from the time we checked olin until we could leave....

I came in because I was coughing continuously. They swiftly ran tests to find out that I had pneumonia. They were all so nice and caring and when my sugar level was down one of the nurses even gave me a bottle of juice that she had in the refrigerator for her lunch. That kind of quality care was shown by everyone that was taking care of me. It was a wonderful visit, even though I was sick. Their compassion made me smile all the way home.

I had a medical emergency as I cut my finger and it would not stop bleeding they immediately took me in assured me I would be ok snd I wasn’t leaving till I was ok The PA walked me thru evert aspect of what was being done always asked if I was ok and how I felt and even took off my bandages 20 min later to assure me the cut stopped bleeding. She gave me explicit directions snd how to follow up snd then gave me a tetanus booster and didn’t let me leave till I felt ok snd ensured there was no reaction.

Wait time over an hour with apointment. Total time there 2hrs which include strep test and rapid covid test. Only problem is if you ask how much longer, 20 minutes is their standard answer.

The support staff, medical staff, and NP were all excellent, especially the NP. I work in the medical field and it's not often I'm truly impressed, but all of these ladies were wonderful, service was seamless, and both the diagnosis and treatment were on point. Urgent Care may be hit or miss depending on where you choose to go, but I was very glad I ended up taking my daughter here. Thanks, NextCare on Route 17.😁
