The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

Was up all night Saturday night with my daughter who had excruciating pain from an ear infection. We were able to get the first appointment on a Sunday online. We were seen very promptly. The NP was thorough and sympathetic. She wrote the prescription immediately and sent us on our way. We were in and out in 30 minutes and on our way to getting relief.

I was experiencing sharp right chest pain that began suddenly the evening before and may have been related to trimming and mowing the yard. The potential symptoms of what may or may not be a heart attack are vague enough that I decided to stop by the Brookside Urgent Care Center here in Tulsa. I have used this urgent care center before, and like my previous visits, the staff and Physician Assistant (PA) were exemplary. My EKG was reassuringly normal, suggesting I strained an upper right chest muscle, which is easier to do as I get older.  The most important thing to say is that I appreciate the staff and PAs at the Brookside Urgent Care Center. They are professional, efficient, and kind. They would have referred me to the ER at Ascension St. John Medical Center if I had needed more extensive care.

Hi. The prescription was sent to my pharmacy after our visit. However, the pharmacy sent me a text saying that another prescription would be needed instead. They were unable to get a hold of your clinic and I was unable to as well.  (I think your staff may have been dismissed early because of the pending hurricane).  I also think your clinic is closed today because of the hurricane.  All this to say, I need help with my prescription. Dr. Romeika Campbell is truly the best doctor that has helped me in this location. Very caring, very patient and takes her time really trying to help you and providing the correct antibiotics. The nurse that was assisting her was also very caring when she gave me two injections.

I was able to easily schedule my appointment online before leaving home. When I arrived the front desk let me know they were running 30 min behind the appointment schedule. I ended up waiting over an hour after my appointment time to be called from the waiting room. The triage nurse collected a covid/flu swab then put me in a room. The nurse practitioner walked in the room and told me my result and her plan. She didn’t seem to have any intent to touch me. I mentioned that my asthma also was also a concern. That finally prompted a physical exam. She offered me an asthma medication that is already on my home list, updated in triage. I don’t think this provider reviewed my medical history or medication list. I don’t think I would have gotten a physical exam if I hadn’t spoke up.

I had a sudden onset of vertigo with nausea, scheduled an appointment online, and was seen right away upon arrival. All of the staff, from reception to technicians to the nurse practitioner were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The NP, in particular, was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the inner ear disorder causing my symptoms, administered meds to relieve symptoms, then called in appropriate followup prescriptions and sent me home with easy-to-follow aftercare instructions. We use this particular Nextcare location on an ongoing basis, and recommend them highly!

I have been in pain for 3-4 weeks from a torn muscle.  Went to ER and had to leave because I waited over 2 hours and not even called to a room.  I came in and everyone was AMAZING!!!! I have never been there before so I had some extra paperwork to do.  In and out in less than an hour!  Staff was amazing and treated me like a human!!! HIGHLY recommend.  Sorry I cant remember names.

I was a walk in. The front desk person was very professional and friendly. I arrived at 2pm was taken back to room around 2:45. The wait for the doctor was alittle over an hour. The doctor was apologetic about the wait. The room itself was surface clean but in poor repair. The lobby was sanitized as I was waiting by the front desk person which I was very happy to see. Although under the vending machines in lobby was extremely dirty. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.
