The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

I scheduled online and when I got there, they told me that I had to fill out paperwork because the schedule thing didn’t go through. Also, they had a kid come in with his parents that had been on a skateboard and hit a van and had head injury and I would’ve thought being an RN I am That had injury would’ve taken president over anybody else but they made him wait and I really didn’t like that you know I use your facility a lot because it’s convenient for me, but I’m getting tired of coming in and seeing a physician assistant or nurse practitioner you know I really wanna start seeing a doctor and I don’t know why you don’t have a medical doctor on staff

Everything was wonderful except for when I went to pick up my prescription. The prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I stated twice which pharmacy I preferred. I also typed in the pharmacy when I filled out my patient information.     I had to wait over 2 hours for my prescription. By the time I found out that Walmart did not have my prescription, the Urgent care was closed. The pharmacy it was sent to was not even opened on Saturday! The Walmart pharmacist is the one who called the other two pharmacies and had to call to another Walgreens and get my prescription transferred over. Thankfully she is dedicated and figured out how to get it right. Otherwise it would have been Monday afternoon before I go my prescriptions.

Have bronchitis that morphed into pneumonia. I was sent to ER for additional testing and now I will be in the hospital 2-3 days to get iv help I need to recover. I can always be honest and not feel judge for anything I’m going through. I will never go to any other place and will always recommend them. If you are a person of color, it’s a no! The nurse was very nice! She was attentive and kind. The doctor, not so much!! She left me in the room for 35 mins. She knew I was in there because she came in, I said “hi”, and she looked at me and said, “ I’m in the wrong room” and walked out! No hi/hello, I’ll be back, nothing and then Proceeds to leave me in the room for 35 min.  I had to walk out and ask, “did yall forget about me?”. The doctor came to my room and spent less than 10 minutes with me. I had to ask for my test results on the way out because the doctor didn’t mention it at all. Her attitude was very off putting…like I was bothering her. I will never go there again and I do not recommend!

I was able to easily schedule an appointment and be seen. I had the option of a tele-health appointment but I really wanted a medical professional to check my symptoms. It was wonderful to be taken care of and listened to, not rushed through a televise. The PA, nurse and check in staff listened to me and helped me get the care that I needed. They also did it with a smile, and that is the best medicine!

Everyone was amazing and caring. The day before on Tuesday 23rd we had an appointment at 2:30pm and were not seen because we had a ceremony and had to leave by 4:00pm. When we went to leave and reschedule for the next day, I was rudely spoken to by Annie Gorham. She said she would get to us in order and that we had to wait and would be seen. I was trying to explain that we could not stay any longer and needed to reschedule and she proceeded to go off on me about x-rays that she had to put in and other patients needs and how many other patients there were in the rooms. I have no idea why she unloaded all that on us but I was for sure not going to have her be in charge of my son’s care. As for the next day, Wednesday the 24th at 8:30am appointment, everyone in the office couldn’t have been better. The care we received the following day met expectations and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the staff on Wednesday. Great job!

After struggling all day with sinus problems, was suprised to be able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Walked into the reception area 12 minutes before my appointment. Waiting area seemed full of walk ins, but was seen about 10 min after my scheduled appointment. Triage was fast and sat in the private room about 15 min before being seen. PAC Allen was very professional and courteous. He verified I had a sinus infection and gave me different options for treatment. Was on my way out the door within one our of walking it. No complaints!

This was better than expected. The lovely NP was able to help me figure out a two year ongoing problem I’ve had for a couple years. I explained to him that I’ve been to several doctors and no one could really figure out what was the problem. In minutes, he was able to pinpoint exactly what I was feeling and give me a solution. I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but I truly am so grateful for this visit and wished he was my primary care provider!

My daughter came in twice yesterday to get her splint rewrapped/replaced. First visit the splint was too loose. Second visit the splint was too tight and caused the blood flow to her toes to stop. We ended up having to go to the ER to get new X-ray’s and a new splint. Our very first visit a week ago was fine but I was told to follow up with my daughters primary care doc when it seems I should have gone to an orthopedic office instead. Overall not a good experience this time around.

I went in to get my arm looked at. Had a rash and some swelling. A virtual doctor had prescribed me something for a tick bite but I didn’t think that was it so I wanted to get another opinion. Diana was very unprofessional. She didn’t realize the walls were thin and was openly talking about “I love when people come to us after someone has already solved the problem. We’re superstars.” Very rude and discrediting to herself. Once she came in she questioned why I needed to be there and just kept saying I don’t know dude. Advised it wasn’t a tick bite and said I should check for a blood clot but without any recommendations on where. Would not go back to this location.
