The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

I had forgotten to ask for cough medicine and some thing for my throat made an appointment for a video call and it was the easiest thing I ever did. Amanda (the dr/np) was incredibly friendly and polite and thorough! She took amazing care of our very complex infant! The other staff were very kind, patient, and caring. They were helpful juggling both parents and our child needing seen. Amanda listened to every concern and thoroughly discussed everything. We received better care at Nextcare than the Banner Urgent Care also in our city.

Went in with cough fever ear pain was seen in a timely manner. The person i saw didn't introduce himself so I don't know if he was a Dr or Pa after a minimal exam I had to ask him what I had he replied bronchitis I wasn't given any information as to what I was supposed to do never received a after care summary. I had to ask him if he was finished and could I leave . I wouldn't recommend that guy whoever he was to anyone. Check-in was pleasant and efficient probably won't be back worst care ever I've been to this clinic several times this was the worst experience ever provider was very unkempt and his mask was very dirty clothes were to small and he needed a shave, ugh very unpleasant.

Omg what an amazing staff! As soon as I walked in with Frozen Shoulder pain listening to Other patients coming in and with my eyes closed waiting to see the Doctor everyone was so loving and patient! That is a hard hat to fill for all day they hear from people who just don't feel good and I am sure they are grumpy like I was! I Dreaded having to to go there but I have to say what an awesome staff Doctor Nurses you have there! I will definitely suggest them and if I get in another emergency I  will go there!

My adult son has a lot of medical issues which is why we always have to visit urgent care facilities when we travel .   This is the best care we have even gotten for him .  For starters every one had a smile on their face ! They helped us find a pharmacy close to our hotel .   Even his regular doctor doesn’t asks him so many question or even listen to him .  We will definitely go to next care next time we are in town and need help !
