The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

The front desk guy was very helpful and pleasant, as were the nurse and the NP, Karen. My daughter was able to get an appointment within an hour of us calling, even though it was already late in the day.  We were on vacation visiting my other daughter when she developed symptoms for what turned out to be Covid.  The person at the front desk who answered our call was so friendly and helpful in getting her in for an appointment, and the nurse and doctor cared for her and got the medicine she needed on day 1 of her symptoms so that she was already feeling a lot better by day 3, and we were able to isolate so that no one else in the family got sick.  Thank you to everyone who helped us!

I wanted to get a urine sample just to make sure what I was feeling was not the beginning of a UTI. The appointment I made online this morning was easy with time available. The nurse was super friendly and the doctor was wonderful. Thank you for having staff like this.

Was a pretty quick visit although I did not like my provider. She insisted that nothing was wrong with me and that it was all in my head because I was showing no symptoms to the eye. My hands were hot and itchy but she claimed there was no evidence of me having hand and foot mouth disease although I’ve been exposed to it for several days. Today my hands and feet now have painful blisters and I have to attend work in this condition due to her misguided assumptions. Her name is Olguerline Lamousnery, FNP. She treated me as though I was a child and did not know anything.

Ii was a walk in with an ankle sprain who needed a work release and doctors note. I got all that and more. Best medical experience I've had in years. This boot is really helpful. Got back to work the next day. I interacted with the receptionist, a nurse, and a doctor. All were friendly, professional, and accommodating for my impaired mobility.
