The people that work there were all very nice and polite the PA I saw was capable and helped me with my problem. Granted the wait time was a little long but not surprising considering it’s probably the only healthcare most people in this town can get. This was the first time I have ever been to an urgent care, I would imagine the wait time was probably worse because of Covid

We don’t go to urgent care generally and do not know how it is ran. We were initially greeted with “do you have a reservation?” I inquired what does that mean The receptionist was rude snarky and did not want to explain. The count down waiting list was nice to see how close we were. The medical assistant did not seem to want to be there. Super tired acting. The PA was very pleasant. When she left however we were unsure if we needed to leave or wait. After 15 minutes waiting we went to hall to see if anyone could help us. The hold up was not getting our discharge papers sitting on the printer. We finally got them and was escorted out. Arrived at *** departure ***

I had 2 young kids (5yo and 3yo) come in for potential strep late in the day. Yes, we waited for multiple hours, but the nurse who assisted us was AMAZING! She was calm, patient, and made the experience fun. She was knowledgeable about pharmacies opened late nearby and gave me such a nice compliment about my well behaved children. She made me feel safe and heard. Very grateful for her service.

The staff here was very friendly, the wait was a bit lengthy but they will call you when your appointment is ready so you don’t have to wait there, this worked out really well as I came back in they were calling me to inform me I was next. All in all this urgent care was very helpful and the staff was extremely kind. I would recommend 👍

Quite a long wait time but do able. The MA or nurse who called for my info and came in for vitals was next to rude! I felt like I was putting her out by being there. She said "if you already have a positive Covid test, what are you doing here"? It was a positive home test and I needed an official lab test for an infusion referral. She was very snappy in her communication. But then the PA (Madison)came in and it was a whole different story. She was as sweet as can be. She was kind, understanding and was concerned for my needs. She listened to me and explained exactly what I needed to know and do. Thank you for people like Madison who can take a bad situation and make you feel better.

Went there to get a physical are appointment was set for 4 pm on a Wednesday. Made the appointment on Monday. We checked in at 3:15 we sat there til after 7pm. I made appointment for what cause we were treated like a walk-in anyway. Didn’t like it any we didn’t have any where else to go. I booked it on line cause I thought we would have had that spot reserved for us at that time . Guess not

I was very impressed with the care I received at Next Care Urgent Care! The PA was very attentive and listened to my issues without being rushed! She was very thorough and had great bedside manner! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care! The wait time was long but there were so many people needing to be seen that I couldn’t expect it to be less of a wait especially if you don’t want to be rushed during your own appointment!

Had a swollen foot for several days. Scheduled an appointment online. It was very easy. Waiting time in front and in back was about an hour. PA Matt checked out foot. Nothing sprained or broken. Took about 30 minutes waiting for discharge papers. All in all it was a comforting experience.
