I was feeling sick thinking I had a sinus infection but I quickly took a bad turn when I was waiting in my vehicle to be called so I managed to make my way inside barely and was allowed to sit inside and was quickly taken to the back room. The staff was very friendly and understanding being I could barely walk. The doctor was very nice, he listened to me and even got me water and allowed me to sit as long as I needed in a back room after letting me know I was positive for covid. I was extremely upset and at one point hyperventilating. He even gave me my cell phone and called my stepmom for me. He reassured me and allowed me to rest until I could walk to my vehicle to drive myself.

I have gone to next care several times. I've always been satisfied with all my check-ins, and the PAs I had for my visits. I've been seen by Elia several times. She's a god sent. So kind, caring and a fabulous listener. Her diagnosis was spot on. I've been quite satisfied with all my visits. If I need urgent care and you're available Next Care is my go to for my medical issues. Thank you for being available on weekends and holidays.

I am thankful that I could get into urgent care yesterday early. Wait time was very long and doctor only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Very brief exam. He asked me what medicine I can take and prescribed that. I am improving with this med and am thankful but don’t know that I would come back. That was the shortest exam I have ever had. He did not seem concerned. Dr Scott did apologize for the long wait . The staff was courteous. No update though on why the long wait from staff. Also she never had me fill out any medical history. No one did. Assistant To doctor was sweet. With an appointment sitting in waiting area with a lady very sick with no mask on coughing he whole time spreading her germs. There needs to be requirement to west bark or out her away from other people waiting.
