Wow what a wonderful experience. Just need to get a PCR test and they were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The two welcoming faces at the front desk. The Medical Assistant was calming and friendly, and the doctor was funny and professional! What a treat thank you all again for helping me out :) hope you have an amazing week.

Staff was great. I was very disappointed to find out that my insurance will be charged for a full visit when I all needed was a COVID test. I am asymptomatic and needed the test for a volunteer medical training seminar. I was unable to get the test a Walgreens due to my work schedule. It’s a shame that the higher level administration is taking advantage of patients’ personal insurance companies.

Check-in was easy and the office staff was very nice. Waited about an hour to meet with the Doctor and the nurse. Doctor did say I would have to go to a foot doctor to address my foot problem since Urgent Care did not have the equipment to do what was needed.

I came in for a possible uti. It was quiet when I came in at 3:00 but it got busy. And an emergency.  It was a long wait, but the receptionist was very patient and let me take of the first step of my visit. I was finally seen at 6:00. The pa was quick but efficient. I highly recommend that she go a size up in her scrubs. This provider did not like my review and has cancelled my scheduled appointments. I will be reporting this action the board
