Process of signing in was easy. Friendliness of technician taking blood was excellent.

They take my wife and I without hesitation and got our test done in no time.

I thought everyone was very nice, and the Doctor was very accommodating. The only thing I did not like was that I brought my 10 year old daughter in so that we could have covid tests for travel, and someone came in the facility very sick, coughing, etc. He was told to sit in the waiting room for 2.5 hours. I have been vaccinated but my daughter is too young. It would have been nice if the ladies at the front desk would have asked him to wait in another area.

The doctor was super friendly and very helpful. The best urgent care I have ever been to. Wait time wasn't bad either.

It was great! I don’t know how that receptionist keeps it together with all the parents yelling at their kids and dealing with rude humans!! The entire staff is awesome!!

I went in for a pregnancy confirmation and it was the best experience ever. Thank you so much for making my experience fun and exciting. I only wish this facility could be more than just a urgent care facility like my primary physician. The facility was super clean and staff very professional and went the extra mile to serve my needs.

Came in on short notice when I had severe pain. The visit started off rough, but visitng the doctor made it worth while. She was really kind, sweet, and informative. If I need urgent care in the future, I will definitely go here.

After being ill over the weekend I wanted to be tested for Covid because I keep my 3 year old great grandson and I also have a sister in her 80's with mucular degeneration that I check on almost daily. I needed the peace of mind that a negative test would provide. I wasn't sure if my insurance would pay for the rapid test but I was willing to pay if it didn't. It does cover the rapid test. I went to Next Care for the Covid test. They treated me with the upmost respect, even when I started coughing like crazy due to the mask and allergies. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and informative. I even left, in less than an hour, with a printout of my symptoms my vitals and my diagnoses. Something my own personal physician does not provide. All in all, a very pleasant and rewarding experience. I will recommend them to anyone.

April was fast and efficient with our check in, The nurse Renee did the test with empathy for my daughter and actually made her laugh. Ariel is so kind and explained everything so we would be okay for her to go back to school GREAT Place

Went in for covid testing. The staff and nurses were very accomadating. Wait time was short. Took only 30 minutes for the testing and visit.
