Because of Covid testing wait time was extremely long & couldn’t scheduled appointment on line cause system was not working properly!!!

This is our family's favorite place to get urgent care. The facility is spotless and every person on staff is beyond friendly. I made an appt the night before and thankfully got in right at my appt time. No waiting!

Appointment/ Check in online convenient and easy. Used took Medicare and TRICARE for Life insurance.!This is my third visit to this particular Prime Care clinic. The staff from receptionist to provider very friendly and professional. I was thankful provider asked permission for COVID test and I agreed since I did have some of the symptoms. Test negative! I do have a regular doctor but closed on Saturday. This facility is ten minutes from my home. I will keep coming here due to proximity! Wait time was reasonable. Thank you for easing my mind of diagnosis.😇

Booked my appointment online, went in for a COVID test. They were busy and the wait was a bit longer than I hoped for, but it was busy and the facility is right in the neighborhood. I WAS NOT READY FOR THE Q-TIP! Lordy. It was fast though and I got over it. Results were prompt and I was on my way to recovery.

I've been going here since before I had 4 kids (they're all mostly grown now). The front desk/nurses/doc are all wonderful and the wait times are extremely short compared to years ago. Love that they're open on Sundays! Will continue to go to Prima Care in the future. Thank you!

This place is excellent! My PHP would not do a covid-19 test, would not do a referral even though she wanted a "Drs" referral and I had already tested negative with an in-home test.These ladies came through, did their job with skill and professionalism.Needless to say, I am finding a new Dr!

Dr Gaithri and Riannon took good care of me and and were very careful not to hurt me. I did have to get stitches and a tetanus booster shot so I reauired a bit of hand holding and personal attention and I was very pleased with the service I got. Thanks. Also, I liked the phone based check in procedure, that worked very well for me.

Only thing they did not explain is wait time on covid test. They said 2 to 3 days but not whether or not that included weekends

If and when we need a medical evaluation or test, we will start coming to this facility. This was our first visit and were not disappointed.

Excellent patient care. Unfortunately a lot of people do not realize what urgent care is for……it’s not for a Paper-cut or because you’ve been sneezing all day…..people need to be proactive about their healthcare so that the healthcare workers at the urgent care can concentrate on what’s important.

It was a nice experience not as much people waiting but after making appointment still waited half hour People friendly testing results fast

I was very grateful to get in Today which is Friday because Sunday I am flying out to Chicago. Needed to have the negative test and you ladies did fine!!! Thank you so much

The service was awesome for a Monday morning. Everyone was professional, polite and friendly. I dont typically use PrimaCare for myself, however going forward, I will. I did a walk in to have my grandson tested for Covid.

It was easy simple. I walked in early in the morning, got checked in, they gave me a time, and I came back and got tested. We need more services like this at such a time.

My wait time was 7 hours and they had to turn people away. Staffing shortages and COVID testing requirements make things a nightmare. We need a rapid Covid testing site. Negative test are required for travel, employment and more. Staff was friendly but rushed.

It was good aside from all the families that waited last minute for student physicals and I think the clinic was understaffed

Highly recommend PrimaCare Medical for any urgent care needed. This has been the second time that I have walked in and both times I have been greeted as I was a long time patient. My wait has been minimal and the staff is wonderful! Always checking to make sure I understand my diagnosis and checked to see if I had any questions. A round of applause for this clinic. Will definitely keep coming back!
