The PA, nurse and office staff were super sweet and friendly after a horrible holiday season with wait times at 5hours. We were very thankful for the waitlist virtual app that allowed me to keep both kids at home in bed while waiting as opposed to waiting in a wait room with other sick people. I will be using Prima Care again in the future!

I had to do a walk-in since all appointment slots had been taken up by the surge of COVID testing. I pretty much had to wait the entire day until I could be seen. I could check where I was in line virtual with the Solv app. I was able to wait at home and they text me when there were only a few patients ahead of me. The staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They even helped me figure out my insurance issue. The PA and nurse who attended me were great and explained what was going on with me and what steps to take in order eliviate the prognosis.

It was my first time to any urgent care. It was a Pleasant experience. Wendy was very polite and had a great personality. She kept me calm. Would recommend it if an out towner like myself needed a place to go. The cost was not bad. It was better than going to the emergency room. Yes, check in was convenient. Bedside manner very good.

This location is amazing. The 2 front office ladies were friendly and helpful, the medical assistant who took my vitals and symptoms was efficient and thorough, and the doctor ruled out some illnesses via testing. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this location.

I needed a quick Covid test and this was a good place to pick! In and out within an hour, and included the test results. Thank you!

I came for a chest exam and rapid covid test and expected to have quite a weight but they got me right in after I did make an appointment ahead of time and did a really great job and got me out of there real quick.

Very pleased with my experience. They didn't have to prescribe medicine for my respiratory infection since I went in for the COVID test, but they did anyways. That's extremely appreciated.

Went in for COVID test. The girl at the front desk was super helpful. Everyone was great. After some delay with the email for the sign in everything went like clockwork.

Whenever I need an urgent care facility, I go to this one on Plano Rd. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the doctor has a great bedside manner. I feel very confident with the care that I receive at this urgent care.

Excellent patient care. Unfortunately a lot of people do not realize what urgent care is for……it’s not for a Paper-cut or because you’ve been sneezing all day…..people need to be proactive about their healthcare so that the healthcare workers at the urgent care can concentrate on what’s important.

Went in for a rapid covid test was in and out in under 45 min. Friendly fast staff.
