The PA, nurse and office staff were super sweet and friendly after a horrible holiday season with wait times at 5hours. We were very thankful for the waitlist virtual app that allowed me to keep both kids at home in bed while waiting as opposed to waiting in a wait room with other sick people. I will be using Prima Care again in the future!

I needed a quick Covid test and this was a good place to pick! In and out within an hour, and included the test results. Thank you!

Excellent patient care. Unfortunately a lot of people do not realize what urgent care is for……it’s not for a Paper-cut or because you’ve been sneezing all day…..people need to be proactive about their healthcare so that the healthcare workers at the urgent care can concentrate on what’s important.

I had to do a walk-in since all appointment slots had been taken up by the surge of COVID testing. I pretty much had to wait the entire day until I could be seen. I could check where I was in line virtual with the Solv app. I was able to wait at home and they text me when there were only a few patients ahead of me. The staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They even helped me figure out my insurance issue. The PA and nurse who attended me were great and explained what was going on with me and what steps to take in order eliviate the prognosis.

I was extremely impressed with my doctor. He was knowledgeable and very gentle. He gets the most stars out of everything and everyone. Kiddos to Dr. Cary Fitzgerald.

Wait was 3+ hours as a walk-in (no appts available) but was grateful for the text service on Solv that alerts you when to come back to the clinic. Medical and front desk staff were terrific! Highly recommend.

Little long wait but have to concern kids going back to school. Lots of kids.

The check-in process was fast and easy. The nurses were very nice and professional and answered all my questions. Mrs. Sheila Chervil is a very nice and sweet lady, I enjoyed my visit and getting tested. I’d like to thanks the staff that helped me out. I recommend all my family and friends to go to Prima care.
