Went there to get a physical are appointment was set for 4 pm on a Wednesday. Made the appointment on Monday. We checked in at 3:15 we sat there til after 7pm. I made appointment for what cause we were treated like a walk-in anyway. Didn’t like it any we didn’t have any where else to go. I booked it on line cause I thought we would have had that spot reserved for us at that time . Guess not

Staff was great. I was very disappointed to find out that my insurance will be charged for a full visit when I all needed was a COVID test. I am asymptomatic and needed the test for a volunteer medical training seminar. I was unable to get the test a Walgreens due to my work schedule. It’s a shame that the higher level administration is taking advantage of patients’ personal insurance companies.

I went there with my 3yr old son...we had been sick for 10 days with no relief. The front desk staff was so sweet and kind with my son. They made him feel comfortable from the get go. When the nurse took us to our room same thing. Very patient and kind with my son...they were kind to me as well ofcourse. I do feel the Dr kinda rushed us through but it is an Urgent Care and they have many patients to see. He was very fun and made jokes with my son to keep him comfortable. Overall great experience. Was my son's first time visiting a Dr office that wasn't at his pediatricians office and he said he had fun! Thank you guys!

Check-in was easy and the office staff was very nice. Waited about an hour to meet with the Doctor and the nurse. Doctor did say I would have to go to a foot doctor to address my foot problem since Urgent Care did not have the equipment to do what was needed.

Convenient, near by. The directions to get to the back door were a bit confusing. I would recommend that the directions to get to the back entrance be changed to something like: Go around the side of the Sportsman Bar and grill to the back of the strip mall. Watch on your left and you will see the "Walk-ins Welcome" sign. We will meet you outside of Suite 104 "Employees Entrance" to Urgent Care.

The doctor was very experienced in stitching up my smashed finger. I hope the healing process will be as good as the stitching process. We had some great discussions about books we have read during the 25 stitching process. I would definitely recommend Urgent Care for many injuries or illnesses people experience.

Had a swollen foot for several days. Scheduled an appointment online. It was very easy. Waiting time in front and in back was about an hour. PA Matt checked out foot. Nothing sprained or broken. Took about 30 minutes waiting for discharge papers. All in all it was a comforting experience.

Doctor and nurses in the back were amazing. Front desk workers were really rude. They asked me if I was "actually sick". Three prescriptions later, you tell me. Lady in the front with bright red hair was really rude and was too focused on ordering her Chipotle Doordash order yo answer any of my questions. So disappointing.
