Wow what a wonderful experience. Just need to get a PCR test and they were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The two welcoming faces at the front desk. The Medical Assistant was calming and friendly, and the doctor was funny and professional! What a treat thank you all again for helping me out :) hope you have an amazing week.

This was the best experience that I have ever had with an urgent care facility. The staff was great and the doctor actually listened to my concerns and resolved them.

I was very pleased to get in and out for a drug test it did not take long thank you to all the staff

Went there to get a physical are appointment was set for 4 pm on a Wednesday. Made the appointment on Monday. We checked in at 3:15 we sat there til after 7pm. I made appointment for what cause we were treated like a walk-in anyway. Didn’t like it any we didn’t have any where else to go. I booked it on line cause I thought we would have had that spot reserved for us at that time . Guess not

I have been coming to this urgent care many times before. However, today was by far the easiest and quickest visit to date. The staff was amazing and friendly. Will recommend them to my family, friends, and co-workers. Thanks again for your help.

Staff was great. I was very disappointed to find out that my insurance will be charged for a full visit when I all needed was a COVID test. I am asymptomatic and needed the test for a volunteer medical training seminar. I was unable to get the test a Walgreens due to my work schedule. It’s a shame that the higher level administration is taking advantage of patients’ personal insurance companies.

I went there with my 3yr old son...we had been sick for 10 days with no relief. The front desk staff was so sweet and kind with my son. They made him feel comfortable from the get go. When the nurse took us to our room same thing. Very patient and kind with my son...they were kind to me as well ofcourse. I do feel the Dr kinda rushed us through but it is an Urgent Care and they have many patients to see. He was very fun and made jokes with my son to keep him comfortable. Overall great experience. Was my son's first time visiting a Dr office that wasn't at his pediatricians office and he said he had fun! Thank you guys!

Check-in was easy and the office staff was very nice. Waited about an hour to meet with the Doctor and the nurse. Doctor did say I would have to go to a foot doctor to address my foot problem since Urgent Care did not have the equipment to do what was needed.

Never been to Urgent Care. High quality experience. Very professional doctor.

Convenient, near by. The directions to get to the back door were a bit confusing. I would recommend that the directions to get to the back entrance be changed to something like: Go around the side of the Sportsman Bar and grill to the back of the strip mall. Watch on your left and you will see the "Walk-ins Welcome" sign. We will meet you outside of Suite 104 "Employees Entrance" to Urgent Care.

This is my favorite place to get care. My sister was here just five days ago And our experiences were the same. NextCare Urgent Care Staff we’re Friendly efficient and professional. That we would definitely recommend this organization.

The MA was wonderful and patient with my 3 kids and me. They were quick, compassionate. The provider was excellent and though it was late he was respectful and patient with my questions. I received high quality of care. Thank you.

When I’m in Flagstaff and need medical care, this is where I always visit. The facility is always very clean and they take every precaution to keep people safe during these difficult times. My visit today was to COVID test because of close contact and some symptoms. Sam did an excellent job, took time to speak with me about my concerns and next steps.

Better urgent care in flag. Doctor was nice but triage nurse was complaining the ENTIRE time about “taking more patients” and wanted to be fast. Extremely rude lady.

Good. I think what I probably have is a sinus infection. Pressure in head. Nothing draining.

The doctor was very experienced in stitching up my smashed finger. I hope the healing process will be as good as the stitching process. We had some great discussions about books we have read during the 25 stitching process. I would definitely recommend Urgent Care for many injuries or illnesses people experience.

My visit to Urgent Care was quick and easy. The staff was polite and friendly. The building and office were extremely clean. I appreciate their service and professionalism.
