I was in and out of NextCare in under 30 minutes. Front desk person was polite, friendly and accommodating in every way. Nurse or PA was friendly, clear in directions and efficient. She answered my questions succinctly. The Dr was friendly and caring and gave me all the answers to my questions. The physical facility was spotless. Thank you!

I went into urgent care with a lot of discomfort and some pain due to what I thought was some wax in my ear, but right from the start I was treated with the most proffessionalism from the medical staff all the way up to the doctor that treated me,,,in no time I was back to work feeling much better thanks to the staff and doctors at Urgent care, Great visit and Thank you for treating my Urgent care ear problem, would highly recommend urgent care medical clinic!!! Went to the urgent care for an ongoing tingling in my right foot. With no insurance, I was told that I would be charged $195.00 and more if additional things were necessary. The exam included taking my blood pressure, and doctor's ASSISTANT examined my foot and made the determination it was just a strain, and nothing serious. A prescription for an anti- inflammatory would be prescribed. After waiting for my billing to be processed, I was told the bill was $300.00 ! I questioned why the additional cost, and was given an unclear response. The front desk staff than tried to sell me a pay for month plan for a reduced cost. I declined. Also upon examining the bill, I noticed that the address listed was not mine and incorrect. The front desk staff had my Arizona driver's license when I checked in. I filled out paperwork. Both had my correct and current address. How in the world did they manage to input it incorrectly?!?

The Dr. On duty was rude and not wanting to look at my child unless he had the covid test! She had the wrong temperature didn't listen to why I was there. The staff was absolutely awesome.
