The care was quick but effective. I know it’s not their fault but I do wish I could have been tested for flu/covid. They didn’t have any tests. I’m just questioning if my diagnosis is correct since I couldn’t be tested.

The gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. He took care of me in a matter of minutes. No waiting, they called me right in. So nice to be treated with such friendly and professional people, considering I was there because I was sick. The Dr came in talked to me explained everything very thoroughly. When done they were kind and sent me on my merry way. I would definitely recommend and go back myself to this urgent care.

They got me in quickly and the staff was very nice and professional. As soon as I was done with registration I got in within 5 min. Would definitely go back if urgent care is needed again!

When I use urgent care I always come here. I used this center for 30 years. They have always been able to help me. So I will be back when I need more care.

I unfortunately did not catch the name of the nice woman who administered my pcr test, but after receiving several, this by far was the best and least stressful occasion. 10 thumbs up to her for making the experience much better for me. Thank you!

Went in for a quick PCR Covid test.

I did not appreciate how the medical assistant came to the waiting room door, called my name, and then announced that she would be doing my drug screen today, with the whole waiting room hearing her say it. Very unprofessional and a violation of my privacy.

Urgent Rapid Covid -19 test… Thankfully it came back negative. So thankful.. Neighborhood Urgent Care

Extremely kind staff! Each person I interacted with was kind. Especially the very friendly and kind receptionist and the sweet nurse with the CUTE blue hair. I’d hate to have to return to an urgent care ever, but if I must, I’ll be back there. Thank you all!!

I did not like the surprise, that one of my blood tests was not covered. It seems computers could be programmed to figure that out before I arrive at appointment.

Dr listened to me, ran test, gave me results sent me home with prescription. Staff was all helpful and friendly.

My son injured his foot, I suspected he would need an X-ray, so we opted for urgent care rather than our family doctor. The whole covid experience was perfect, wait time minimal and the doctor met us in the room almost immediately. Everyone was great, will for sure be back if needed
