I was so pleased with our visit. From the time I arrived till we left. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with my daughter. She has been sick off and on for months now. Her pediatrician office always tells me it’s her aashma and allergies. Barely looking over the child. The Dr at next care did full evaluation and told me Three things that she thought it could be., Blood work will confirm. Thank y’all so much for being kind and caring healthcare professionals.

Fast test

Nurse was fantastic. Not sure about Doctor as he sure of cause of fever/aches after testing negative for COVID and Flu. Left little room for confidence. Also, hoping he washed hands after treating COVID patient in next room. Seems he came straight to my room. Leaving no time for washing. Hoping I am wrong.

Very clean facility. Receptionist helped to work me in the best available time to get a rapid co I'd test for work. Very friendly staff.

Covid protocols were followed really well. Taking in consideration that I was an out of town new patient they didn't took that long to get my test ready.

I had an appointment at 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes prior to 2pm and checked in. I was scheduled for covid19 test by curbside. I waited in my vehicle until 2:40 and several people arrived after me and still no one ever came out to administer the test. I called them and told them I had to leave for a different appointment and that I had been there 10 minutes before my 2pm appointment and here it was 2:40 and I still had not been tested. Reception said they don't really do appointments its just a slot and that they had actual patient inside that was getting a physical. I ended up leaving for my other appointment and had to return back for my covid19. I was then told I had to go inside for test not curbside due to weather and it was a little chilly but no rain.? I ended up getting tested at 5pm. Too long if a wait time after I did what I was told when I called to make my 2pm appointment. I completed on line paperwork, uploaded insurance, uploaded drivers license, completed my profile arrived 10 minutes prior to my 2pm appointment as instructed.

The lady who helped me was super sweet, nice, friendly. The last place I went to get tested they were so rude and ugly. And the lady made my nose feel so much worse.

Drive thru Covid test long line, but it moved. They handled it well

You all are awesome. Wait time was a little long for a drug screen, but I get it with all the Covid Testing being done. Friendly staff and Professional. Keep up the good work.

The nurse who tended to me was very friendly and had a way with her actions & wording which made me feel cared for & made me calm. She definitely deserves recognition bc she had been testing since I got there and I waited over 3 hours with a fever of 101.4 and she was very pleasant and kind after having been continuously going back and forth and dealing with all kinds of people. I feel terrible and have no energy but she deserves a great review despite how I feel.

I wasn’t feeling so well, so I went to the urgent care and was blown away by the cleanliness, friendly staff, and fast and sufficient services. The wait time was super fast. They took urine and blood and I was out in no time! The best medical service I’ve ever received.

The entire staff was so helpful in what was an overwhelming situation for me! This was my first experience with drive thru medical care. Although I had to wait behind a large number of people in line for covid testing and the wait was lengthy, the staff were very pleasant and professional when we finally reached them. I was greeted with a thank you for your patience, and the experience flowed from there. My very ill and unhappy child was treated beautifully. It was well after clinic hours when we were seen and I never felt rushed or underserved.

Drive through for COVID Testing takes a very long time

Had a Curbside Covid test. Wait time was about an hour in the car, but I understand why. I’m sure the nurses were inputting patient information into their system. I was third in line and there were two behind me. Overall, I’ve always found the staff friendly.

Every one and the clinic was excellent.... even with Covid-19 complications in providing drive-thru testing and walk-in s. Great staff!!!
