The PA, nurse and office staff were super sweet and friendly after a horrible holiday season with wait times at 5hours. We were very thankful for the waitlist virtual app that allowed me to keep both kids at home in bed while waiting as opposed to waiting in a wait room with other sick people. I will be using Prima Care again in the future!

I had to do a walk-in since all appointment slots had been taken up by the surge of COVID testing. I pretty much had to wait the entire day until I could be seen. I could check where I was in line virtual with the Solv app. I was able to wait at home and they text me when there were only a few patients ahead of me. The staff were courteous and pleasant to deal with. They even helped me figure out my insurance issue. The PA and nurse who attended me were great and explained what was going on with me and what steps to take in order eliviate the prognosis.

It was my first time to any urgent care. It was a Pleasant experience. Wendy was very polite and had a great personality. She kept me calm. Would recommend it if an out towner like myself needed a place to go. The cost was not bad. It was better than going to the emergency room. Yes, check in was convenient. Bedside manner very good.

This location is amazing. The 2 front office ladies were friendly and helpful, the medical assistant who took my vitals and symptoms was efficient and thorough, and the doctor ruled out some illnesses via testing. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this location.

Appointment/ Check in online convenient and easy. Used took Medicare and TRICARE for Life insurance.!This is my third visit to this particular Prime Care clinic. The staff from receptionist to provider very friendly and professional. I was thankful provider asked permission for COVID test and I agreed since I did have some of the symptoms. Test negative! I do have a regular doctor but closed on Saturday. This facility is ten minutes from my home. I will keep coming here due to proximity! Wait time was reasonable. Thank you for easing my mind of diagnosis.😇

I WAS NOT READY FOR THE Q-TIP! Lordy. It was fast though and I got over it. Results were prompt and I was on my way to recovery.

Dr Gaithri and Riannon took good care of me and and were very careful not to hurt me. I did have to get stitches and a tetanus booster shot so I reauired a bit of hand holding and personal attention and I was very pleased with the service I got. Thanks. I was able to easily schedule an appointment and be seen. I had the option of a tele-health appointment but I really wanted a medical professional to check my symptoms. It was wonderful to be taken care of and listened to, not rushed through a televise. The PA, nurse and check in staff listened to me and helped me get the care that I needed.
