Finally found a same day appt for Covid testing after exposure. Staff was amazing and provided accurate information.

Scheduling ahead online made for a much shorter wait time. Came for a Covid test and the process and results were within 15 min. I was in and out much quicker than I expected!

Very great Urgent Care on Christmas Eve!

Everyone was so nice and professional. The Dr to interest in my kids activities based on there hoodies. He was really genuine. The nurse was awesome at testing them. They kids didn't complain. I will be back for any other urgent care needs. Thank you all

Traveling through town so being a stranger to them, treated me like family n urgency. Would recommend them anytime anyone Wait til was really short. Check in was great Called but agency that made calls said no covid testing there which was untrue.

First time using this facility, everyone was super friendly, the staff was quick and efficient, and I feel like they listened to me. Got tested and got the meds I need to hopefully get better quick. Thank you!

Everything was excellent! Check in process on my phone was super easy. Check-in staff was helpful. Nurse was patient and nice to my daughter. Augustine Pham, PA-C was extremely nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We got results back quickly. Didn’t have to ask for note for school or test results they already had them ready and print it out for us. Excellent care!

I waited in my car a total of 5 minutes. I was taken back as soon as I walked in the door. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Had to wait on test results after my exam.

Best PA ever today!! Access is the best Urgent Care - everyone is so polite and the nurse team is so thorough! The manager of this location is incredible! Can’t say enough good things about this clinic, provider, nurse team, front desk - they exceed me expectations every time! Not to mention, I hardly ever wait unless they are super busy as that’s understandable! Thank you!

Dr. Lillian was great. She took time to explain things to me without rushing. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time (5:45 pm), but that is understandable considering all the COVID cases right now. No copay for COVID test.

Very fast walk in service, friendly knowledgeable staff, very impressed.

My experience was excellent. I waited only 15 mins. My exam was thorough, and everyone was very friendly. I just wish I had heard "pink eye," in addition to "conjunctivitis" as my diagnosis. I texted my boss that I'd be back at work tomorrow, but I can't because I teach 11th grade & can't return with pink eye. I didn't look up the diagnosis until I got home. This is more "my bad" than the clinic's. I haven't been around little kids for 30 years so, if I ever knew the terms were synonymous, I have forgotten during that period. Also, I never mentioned at the clinic that I was a teacher. Be comforted I don't teach science! ;)

Soo surprised how short the wait time was, got test results and out the door, with a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Thank you.

They tested me for covid and it was negative but I knew I had a sinus infection and she sent me home without an antibiotic. Now I have 100.7 temp. I’m going to call my doctor tomorrow and let him know what happened. I’m going to try and make it through the night.
