Excellent patient service overall. Highly recommend this place for urgent care. Wait time was understandable due to COVID symptoms plus other illnesses. Kudos to NP-Jacob Armijo for his patience and clear explanations of diagnosis and prescription.

I came in for a Covid test and thought that after having Covid-19 for about 2 weeks I thought the doctor would listen to my lungs and heart at least all they did was check my blood pressure and no weight gotten. I told him I had copd so thought he would listen to my lungs but didn’t. I did wait a little longer than I thought I should but they are short staffed. All in all it was good experience. I booked on line.

I have used this Urgent Care prior to today and been very happy and satisfied. However today was absolutely awful! The PA had no bedside manner and was quite rude and literally provided no care for my illness. I had to ask him to check my sore throat or he would have just sent me on my way. He actually asked me what was I doing at this facility. I left in tears. He needs a few lessons on how to treat people.

First time going there. People are normal. Quiet and easy going. The people who complain about this place more less are the issue not the staff receptionist was nice, the lady whom took my vitals was easy and the guy who put a rod in my nose to test was also nice. I had a very pleasant time. Would recommend because it’s smooth.

The doctor put my mind at ease about the seriousness of the numbness in my hands. He explained that urgent care is not equipped to do tests for things like fibromyalgia, and that if it gets worse to go to the ER.

This was mine and my sons first time there. The staff was friendly and the doctor who did my sons sports physical was very, very nice and great with kids we loved her personality. The lobby and exam rooms were immaculate, very clean. Would definitely recommend! Thank you NextCare!

I recommend the management of the location install plexiglass shields for the receptionists, I was very surprised that people coming in to get Covid tests are very close to the receptionist and the only precautions are masks when Additional measures can easily be implemented to protect the staff. There was not a lot of information on the cost of the appointment the details of my appointments or anything to take with me at the end of the appointment, it was all verbal and online so I was unsure what test I was actually getting and the cost. I also recommend the management review the process for getting information from the patient I filled out quite a bit online about my history and symptoms however, I was also asked in the room some of the same questions by two different individuals. Other than those recommendations everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly and fast.

The PA was very attentive and thorough. I originally had an appt at 10:30 am only to arrive and find out it would be a “virtual” visit. The virtual visit wouldn’t have done me any good because someone needed to listen to my lungs. They rescheduled me at another office. I didn’t get home until 5:00 pm. It was a long day

Have bronchitis that morphed into pneumonia. I was sent to ER for additional testing and now I will be in the hospital 2-3 days to get iv help I need to recover. Another urgent care in Albuquerque dismissed me and prescribed cough pearls which did nothing. Nextcare listened and gave me the help I needed.

After struggling all day with sinus problems, was suprised to be able to schedule an appointment the next morning. Walked into the reception area 12 minutes before my appointment. Waiting area seemed full of walk ins, but was seen about 10 min after my scheduled appointment. Triage was fast and sat in the private room about 15 min before being seen. PAC Allen was very professional and courteous. He verified I had a sinus infection and gave me different options for treatment. Was on my way out the door within one our of walking it. No complaints!

I went in to get my arm looked at. Had a rash and some swelling. A virtual doctor had prescribed me something for a tick bite but I didn’t think that was it so I wanted to get another opinion. Diana was very unprofessional. She didn’t realize the walls were thin and was openly talking about “I love when people come to us after someone has already solved the problem. We’re superstars.” Very rude and discrediting to herself. Once she came in she questioned why I needed to be there and just kept saying I don’t know dude. Advised it wasn’t a tick bite and said I should check for a blood clot but without any recommendations on where. Would not go back to this location.
