Glad I went to urgent care yesterday to get a clear idea of my symptoms. I got into my appointment earlier than expected. The staff members were helpful with any questions and concerns I have. I got some medicine to relieve my symptoms. I’m feeling better than I was before.

Everyone was amazing and caring. The day before on Tuesday 23rd we had an appointment at 2:30pm and were not seen because we had a ceremony and had to leave by 4:00pm. When we went to leave and reschedule for the next day, I was rudely spoken to by Annie Gorham. She said she would get to us in order and that we had to wait and would be seen. I was trying to explain that we could not stay any longer and needed to reschedule and she proceeded to go off on me about x-rays that she had to put in and other patients needs and how many other patients there were in the rooms. I have no idea why she unloaded all that on us but I was for sure not going to have her be in charge of my son’s care. As for the next day, Wednesday the 24th at 8:30am appointment, everyone in the office couldn’t have been better. The care we received the following day met expectations and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to all the staff on Wednesday. Great job!
