It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

The staff was amazing from check-in through visit. Very short timeframe from walk-in to discharge.

I booked an appointment last night for the first time slot at 8am. I did all of the paperwork and showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I checked myself in using the app at 7:52 and on the waitlist it said I was first in line. When I entered the building a man was through the door before me, based on his name and the initials on the waitlist he seemed to have booked the 8:22am appointment. It shouldn’t have been an issue, but then they called him before me. Even thought the waitlist still said I was first. I then waited 20 minutes before asking how much longer would I have to wait and did  the appointment slots even matter because I should have been the first called. The lady at the front was helpful and got me back quickly, but I ended up leaving after being there over an hour for an appointment that should’ve been on time, since I was the first one!

I walked in and asked for an appointment. I didn’t know that I could have scheduled an appt on line (my fault) so I waited for 45 minutes. Not too bad!  Receptionist was good. Kencil, the Intake person was very efficient and friendly. NP, Gayle, was terrific. My rash was diagnosed, received a shot, provided with two scripts to pick up for pills and cream. A very good visit. I would recommend AFC in Downingtown

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

Made a same-day appointment. Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Saw one of the PAs, he had me diagnosed, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home with a follow up appointment later in the week. Very organized, well run establishment.

I went for obyn issue. They were great. They did a exam and test. All good. They were their to assure me that I'm ok and had nothing to worry about. They were very professional

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My visit at urgent care in Narberth was good. The doctor took time with me and explained everything to me. The young medical tech was excellent! He was efficient and friendly. This is my second time visiting the clinic and I would return.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
