The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

Couldn't find how to schedule quickly online, saw no one was waiting so just went I . 3 people ahead of me. But felt over 2 hours was a little bit long. Been to Milford location 2 times and was in and out in less than an hour

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get seen quickly and meds prescribed.

The best urgent care ever from the front desk to the doctor it was very nice to see people care

They were super friendly. We had to go in for a blood draw and was very pleased with them. My niece has high anxiety and felt comfortable there as well.
