That the check-in process and paperwork were digital made things efficient. I was given instructions on how to care for my injury, and in and out quickly. From the minute I stepped in, Betty got my check in started and I was quickly back for preliminary care with Kaurina. Then Jaime assessed me, got me a prescription and had me on my way!
