One of the most professional and clean vibe urgent care in the Metro Detroit Area. I recommend young and old to be seen at any GoHealth Urgent Care.

Experiencing Virtigo and was able to receive great care. Did not need to schedule a later appointment.

Appointment scheduling is straightforward and easy. Staff was efficient. Provider was caring. He listened. Great experience.

Daughter woke up with a rash, couldn’t get into her primary . Booked an appointment early in the morning and got in at 9:30 with Marcy. She’s always great!!!

Couldn't find how to schedule quickly online, saw no one was waiting so just went I . 3 people ahead of me. But felt over 2 hours was a little bit long. Been to Milford location 2 times and was in and out in less than an hour

Great check in, less than 5 minutes for the first time

Christine was super friendly and explained everything in detail.

I came in because of itching of upper body. I thought I was having an allergic reaction, the provider saw me for less than 5 minutes and gave me a medical diagnosis of yeast and prescription Nystatin. I felt that that was wrong so I went to my allergist and asked could she see me, she said I had it an infection on my back so she gave me told me not to use the Nystatin and gave me antibiotics steroids and some steroid cream for the inflammation. I had to paid the urgent care $45 for the visit office, then they charge my insurance $400 plus dollars but they didn't help me. I will add, I usually have decent service from this location, but not this time.

The care I get here is always amazing. Super friendly and down to earth staff.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

Brita and Caroline the PA were amazing! They were very efficient. I love how clean the facility was. I would recommend these two ladies and your urgent care to anyone. I work in the medical field and I was very impressed. The only thing I would recommend would be wheel chair accessible doors. There should be a push button for entrance and exit. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10

They were top-notch, quick, and organized, and they were on time didn't even need to get out Of my car. It was a drive-throw covid test.
