Incredibly efficient, Chelsea went above and beyond, BIG SHOUT

The front desk ladies were great. However, I called ahead, was told there was no wait so I quickly made an appointment for 10 minutes after I called to ensure “priority” in line just in case. Showed up less than 10 minutes later, waited an hour and a half and was never seen.

I absolutely loved this place. Everyone was genuinely nice and extremely helpful. Dr Jacob was very knowledgeable and effective. He didn’t just want to treat me. He wanted to make sure he helped me. Dr. Jacob did just that! He was able to pin point an issue I have been having. (He is awesome) Don’t take my word check it out for yourself. This place deserves every single one of these stars!

Friendly staff, overall great experience.

While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise. Thank you for putting me at ease and being so patient and attentive to my concerns!
