I've been to this facility 3 times for different reasons. Each time I received Excellent diagnosis and treatment each time.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Mariam Lozah PA. was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall good experience Wait time was very short

No appointment necessary . Greeted pleasantly by receptionist. over very positive experience.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

Had a pain for the last few days came in and was immediately helped. All of the staff was helpful and was graciously friendly.

The staff was very friendly except for the doctor. She made me feel like I was faking my symptoms and asked me “so what can I do to make you feel better”.  Umm, you’re the doctor, you tell me. Not very pleasant at all.

I have visited Carbon health Several times and always find them very professionals - staff is pleasant and reactive / listen and always ask questions about issues relevant to my illness !
