Dr Lee has a great manner and I trust her judgment. This was a visit just for a sore throat, but I had seen her previously for a more serious condition. There was a long wait for this appointment, but that was only because an emergency patient came in and the front desk staff informed me. The Fort Lee location is very convenient and it was easy to make the appointment. The front desk staffer was very friendly and accommodating. I would return to this office in the future. I would recommend this provider.

I was seen within a few minutes, test for flu, strep and Covid, came up positive for Covid. We quickly arranged for medication prescription and off I went. Came in for pain with my left shoulder radiating under my arm on my arm and down my left side. Saw Dr.Lynch who was absolutely wonderful.she advised me to get a cat scan and MRI which is scheduled. Gave me a shot and a muscle relaxer started feeling better within a short period of time. The facility is so clean beautifully decorated and the staff were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge. They have long hours which is so convenient. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again it would be here. Thank you

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

It is not my regular doctor's office. But they recommended these folks from my DOT physical. The staff was fantastic, and very professional. I usually do not like doctors offices, but I was very comfortable here. And the doctor that saw me had a fantastic sense of humor, that made the visit even more pleasurable. I definitely recommend this place for anybody who needs to see a doctor, and I would definitely visit here again.
