I was feeling awful. I had a bad cough shortness of breath. The doctor I saw was very concerned She was very attentive. I would highly recommend First Med Urgent Care. They don’t push lots of testing. They treat your needs. The biggest thing I like is they listen to you.

Had excess phlem in my throat. I didn't feel bad just couldn't cough up and out. Called Access clerk scheduled my appointment and sent me text to fill out paperwork. Went to appointment and waited a little longer but, I was okay with it. I was called back and had vitals taken, sent to another room where Doctor came in and examined me. All went well, good bedside manners. Staff was easy going and friendly. Would recommend this provider.

Wasn’t a huge fan of online check in. But the person at the front desk helped me when I realized I had forgotten my insurance card. Wait time seemed long considering I was the only person in the waiting room. Lacey was super nice and friendly. 10/10 for her. Rest of visit and wait time was fine.
