The reason I didnt give them a 5 is because the guy Kevin at front desk needs to learn to be friendly. Dont work at front desk if you do not want to deal with people and be friendly. He was very rude. The rest of the employees at this center are real friendly and helpful.

The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all friendly, helpful, and kind. Though the wait time was a bit long, it was not unreasonable given the fact that it was a walk-in clinic during cold and flu season. We were grateful for the care.

Staff was very friendly and caring….. PA was very caring, listened to my symptoms snd feelings…. Asked which if 2 ways would I like to handle my sinus infection as I had the same thing in March and we both agreed on the same… he suggested a short term steroid shorten to quicken the wellness plus antibiotics.. by mid evening I was starting to feel better and today, Monday I’m almost back to my old self (I had sinus issue for almost a month). Thank you for your kind thoughtful care!!!!

The Dr. who treated me both times was very nice and explained everything well. However, the Assistant that I met in the opening interview was rude! She proceeded to ask me if I had been vaccinated and told me I could test positive for a month. Which I didn’t. Wanted to know why I was there. I had a sinus infection on the 3rd when I tested positive for Covid. I had a sinus infection today! She had a horrible bedside manner. I didn’t like her attitude.

The doctor was very thorough in his questions and although he did give me a prescription he also gave many other options on ways to help deal with my sinus infection and said i would need to do an inperson visit if i was not better in 3-4 days.

Had to be COVID tested. Despite the pouring rain, the nurse came out and checked all my vitals, listened carefully to my lungs sounds, and made recommendations were to to turn out to be only a sinus infection. Thank God it wasn't COVID, and thank God for the wonderful staff at First Med!
