This was my second urgent care! In tha same week! I had an allergic reaction to something swollen lips inside my moth ! Difficulty eating!! This was the best one out the two!! Glad I have a low copay!! The was friendly excellent service!! Thank you the staff for being helpful! I would recommend!

The entire experience was amazing! Checking was a breeze and I love that it was pretty much contactless! The front dest rep was super helpful if you did need her. They had hot coffee and cold water complementary. The care was top tier along with the staff! Honestly I wouldn't go to any other urgent care and will recommend this place to anyone and everyone needing care for their babies. Honestly they were almost better of an experience than my pediatrician ( cover your ears Dr. CHERIAN, you will always be #1 for us!) But they are also #1 I can't even say they come in 2nd cause that would be a lie! They definitely are truly amazing! I want to add that they actually listen to your needs and address all of your concerns with your little one! 10/10 for sure!

Staff was very friendly and caring….. PA was very caring, listened to my symptoms snd feelings…. Asked which if 2 ways would I like to handle my sinus infection as I had the same thing in March and we both agreed on the same… he suggested a short term steroid shorten to quicken the wellness plus antibiotics.. by mid evening I was starting to feel better and today, Monday I’m almost back to my old self (I had sinus issue for almost a month). The Dr. who treated me both times was very nice and explained everything well. However, the Assistant that I met in the opening interview was rude! She proceeded to ask me if I had been vaccinated and told me I could test positive for a month. Which I didn’t. Wanted to know why I was there. I had a sinus infection on the 3rd when I tested positive for Covid. I had a sinus infection today! She had a horrible bedside manner. I didn’t like her attitude.

This was my first time to use solv. I liked the option of an online visit. The doctor was very thorough in his questions and although he did give me a prescription he also gave many other options on ways to help deal with my sinus infection and said i would need to do an inperson visit if i was not better in 3-4 days.

Had to be COVID tested. Despite the pouring rain, the nurse came out and checked all my vitals, listened carefully to my lungs sounds, and made recommendations were to to turn out to be only a sinus infection. Thank God it wasn't COVID, and thank God for the wonderful staff at First Med!

They tested me for covid and it was negative but I knew I had a sinus infection and she sent me home without an antibiotic. Now I have 100.7 temp. I’m going to call my doctor tomorrow and let him know what happened. I’m going to try and make it through the night.
