I thought I might have broke my jaw so that is why I went to Live Urgent Care. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They put me at ease very quickly. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. Thank you ladies for everything!

The Ardmore location for Covid testing is a tremendous gift. superlative staff and consistently fast results per the promise of 24-48 hours. I recently was tested at cvs and they failed to return the test within 48 hours as promised and ran over to your ardmore location with only 24 hours to go until my 5 day Paxlovid window was closing. I got my results in under 24 hours (a first!) so met the 5 day Paxlovid deadline. I am forever grateful for this service and while I understand there is talk of closing this location, I respectfully request that in this season of rampant flu, rsv, and other Covid-like symptoms caused by many viruses beyond Covid, that you please keep this location open. The other options for accessing testing such as cvs are not adequate and perform far below the excellent standard set by you and the team in Ardmore. Feeling as sick as I felt that day I could not have driven all the way to willow grove or Pottstown for testing, so that might also be an important consideration. Thank you!!!

Professional , informative and friendly staff

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
