Sinusitis treatment

Made appointment at 8 am for 9 am got there at 850 was seen before 9 . Staff were great , very professional , they listen to you  and gave me exactly what I needed. Highly recommend !

Doctor was very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was in good hands and started seeing improvement within a day.

I love this place it is my go too place other then my main doctor

Ive visited this location twice and both times Ive experienced excellent service.

The staff were very kind and friendly. We did not wait that long. The office and exam rooms are clean. The doctor at the facility was great. He took the time to explain my child's health issue and what treatment would be best. I would reccomend using them.

I always have a great experience here. I scheduled an appointment this time instead of coming in as a walk-in. I was in and out pretty quickly

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I woke up in the night with a terrible sinus infection and was able to schedule a visit first thing in the morning.  The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the staff was both helpful and nice.  Very very thankful!!

Was experiencing a sore scratchy throat and some nausea. I walked in and was seen by Ashley.. She made my visit a very good experience. Check in is so convenient. The staff were great too.

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.

This place was very helpful!  I will definitely return.  All staff was pleasant, informative and professional.  Better than the primary care doctor’s place.

Everything was good. When you have to add your signature I did not know it was my code number. A little confusion.

I was sick for over a week and misdiagnosed by another group.  John Davis and Sean listened to my concerns with care and professionalism and had me on my way with an accurate diagnosis and the medication to treat it.  What a blessing!

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

This is my favorite place to get care!
