It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

This was my first visit and I was very satisfied that there wasn’t any ahead of me… I filled out the needed paperwork and that took minimal time… The young lady in the front lobby was very polite and courteous…She assisted me by giving me the necessary information that I needed to complete the check in process… A few minutes went by and she escorted me to get my vitals and weight and before I knew it I was seen by the Dr. The young lady again administered to me 2 shots and took x-rays and before I knew it I was done and ready to go…The Dr. was also very gracious and knowledgeable… The young lady who took care of me I believe was Johanna…

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Everything was great. The staff was excellent.

Woke up this morning feeling sick as all out doors had to call out of work I made my appointment to get a iv infusion the service was great I will be back !!!!

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

I've been dealing with some pain in my right calf for quite some time so I decided to schedule an appointment to see what they would have to say. I was in and out within an hour and the doctor on duty provide me with a good explanation what I was dealing with. Was glad I had this.

I felt rushed by the doctor, she seems like she was in a hurry and barley listen to my issues on how I was feeling. I walked out feeling like I hated I went there. I didn't want to write this review, but this is how I felt. She very well can be a very good Dr, just not to me on that day.

Took a very long time got my daughter to be seen close to an hour? That’s my only complaint.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! This place was very helpful!  I will definitely return.  All staff was pleasant, informative and professional.  Better than the primary care doctor’s place.

I did not have an appointment and was greeted quickly. PA Janice was so helpful and kind. She asked the right questions  and identified what was wrong. She prescribed medication and I am feeling better.

Couldn't ask for better quality service and everyone there was in great spirits and with smiles

Labored breathing, tightness in chest, coughing, tired, The staff was friendly and very professional.  I highly recommend
